It works better for me when It has THC with it. Straight CBD Will not help me sleep..need the THC for sleep on most people.. with straight CBD I would give a 4 on anti inflammatory relief. With THC and higher CBD strain- it jumps to at least a 6 for anti inflammatory...Pain relief from CBD ?..not me.......
