"Problems" appear to be the most faithful companions of mankind – everybody has them, everybody talks about them, everybody tries to more or less solve them successfully and supposedly feels liberated, just until the next problem is right around the corner. What are these peculiar creatures, these "problems"? And why are we always surrounded by them, although we don't really want them? The ancient Greeks saw a "problem" as a task, which they were "presented" with, or that was "thrown" at them, so to speak (matching to the Greek verb "pro-bállein"), in order to discuss and solve it. First and foremost, it was about the intellectual and scientific analysis. They probably felt more positively challenged than negatively affected. Maybe we modern people have forgotten to see our challenges and tasks in our problems. If we were able, not wanting to get rid of them, but instead growing with them, then the sentence "I have a problem", would take on a completely different meaning …

"Black Moon" in October
The second new moon in a calendar month is called "black moon" – analogous to the "blue moon" during the full moon. To apply this correctly astronomically, one can't use the local time of the new moon, but the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Therefore, the first October new moon took place on Saturday, 1st October 2016, 12:11:23 am (UTC), and the second October new moon is a "black moon" and will be on Sunday, 30th October 2016, 05:38:11 pm (UTC). It is important to mention that you cannot watch a "black moon", because the new moon is not visible to us.
