Welcome to the 2017 Houston Art Car Parade Entry Form. All individual/team artist and school/youth group entries must fill out the form below and submit their responses in order to be considered for the 30th Annual Houston Art Car Parade Weekend, April 6-9. In addition to filling out the responses below, you will also need to upload 1-5 images of your entry - keeping in mind that these images need to very accurately capture your entry as they will be published in our annual Houston Art Car Parade Program.

Entry fee for individual/team artist and school/youth group entries is $35. IF YOU ARE A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION OR A CORPORATE ENTITY PLEASE DO NOT FILL OUT THIS FORM NOW. You will need to contact Jonathan Beitler at jonathan@orangeshow.org for information regarding your entry.

HOUSTON ART CAR PARADE WEEKEND ACTIVITIES
Do you wish to participate in the Main Street Drag on April 6, 2017? The Main Street Drag takes place from 9am to 1pm and visit schools, nursing homes, developmental centers and other places where people may not be able to see the parade on Saturday. It's a fun and rewarding opportunity to put smiles on faces! *

Do you wish to participate in the Sneak Peek at Discovery Green on April 6, 2017? The Sneak Peek is from 6 to 9pm at Discovery Green Park in Downtown Houston and brings out a few thousand families and individuals to get the first look at the cars in the parade. Live music, drinks, and lots of fun are to be had! *

PAYMENT & SUBMIT
The fee for all individual/group art car artists is $35. This includes an official 2017 Houston Art Car Parade T-Shirt and two tickets to The Legendary Art Car Ball on April 7.

Additional t-shirts may be purchased for $10 each.
